North Cadbury Court
The Court is available to rent as a family home for up to 41 adults. We offer the house for your exclusive use for a week (seven days/six nights), a weekend (midday Friday – 2pm Sunday), Mid week (three days/two nights) and mid week (two days/one night) Check in is at 12 midday and check out is at 2pm.
Main House (sleeps 41+)

These prices include VAT and 10 hours planning time with one of our of our expert team to help plan and organise your stay with us. Extra beds in addition to the 41 main bed spaces are available @ £60 per stay for adults (maximum 9), £25 for travel cots (4 available)
Bookings can be extended to include an extra night for an additional £2,500.
East Wing (sleeps 7)
An attached, self contained flat comprising three small doubles and one single room, a kitchen and two bathrooms @ £450 per night.
Camping – Fee for additional guests camping in the grounds (maximum 10 guests) £40 per person.
Yacht Club – The house rental price includes the use of the Yacht Club building. An extra £150 per night will be charged if the upstairs bedroom is required.
Function Fee
For stays involving a function of any kind, we charge a one off fee on top of the house rental price. This fee includes 10 hours professional planning support from our experienced event management team (including a pre-event planning meeting on site and a Zoom meeting), use of the commercial kitchens and equipment, linen hire, fridge trailer, management of deliveries and collections and extra wear and tear on the house. Planning hours are charged at £35 over and above the 10 hours included.

100 to 150 guests £2,500
150 to 200 guests £3,000
200 + guests £3,500
For wedding celebrations involving ceremonies on different days, an additional £1,000 will be charged per day to cover the onsite Event and Evening Managers and additional 10 hours of planning time.
For weddings in the Yacht Club a second Event Manager is required @ £200 due to the distance from the House.
