Our 2 night delegate rate includes:

  • Exclusive-use venue hire from midday on arrival to 2pm on departure
  • 2 nights single occupancy in one of our luxurious bedrooms
  • Full catering courtesy of our preferred supplier, Pickers Catering. To include:
  • Lunch on arrival and for each day of your stay
  • 2-course dinner each evening
  • Continental breakfast each morning
  • Unlimited tea and coffee
  • Projector, screen & flip chart included
  • Dedicated Event Manager for planning & support during your stay
  • Full use of all facilities including swimming pool, sauna, gym, casino, underground disco, snooker, squash, croquet, tennis, bumper balls, pedalos on the lake and 3-hole golf course starting from the roof

We have just returned from our second visit to NCC. It is a fabulous place to take a senior team where they can kick back and really get to know each other. I can’t recommend it highly enough as a venue with that special feel and flexibility to do many team activities.

Accommodation is based on each guest having their own bedroom. For 25 guests, these rooms are in the Main House and East Wing Flat. For 42 guests accommodation also includes the Coach Houses and Yacht Club. There is flexibility for some guests to share twin rooms, and with the addition of blow-up beds the total capacity is 62.

There is flexibility with numbers with any added guests being charged at a per head rate.

Event management support includes 10 hours of pre-event planning and onsite assistance throughout your stay. Additional requirements like AV equipment or entertainment can be hired with your Event Manager’s support.

Your stay includes full catering provided by our preferred supplier, Pickers Catering. These prices are based on a bronze package which includes all the catering listed. Please see below for a 2 course sample evening meal menu:

There is also the flexibility to upgrade to Silver, Gold or Platinum packages:

Silver package – plus £70 per head
Includes: sweet treats with hot beverages, hot lunches, hot breakfast baps, upgraded choice of evening meal

Gold package – plus £105 per head
Includes: premium hot beverages, sweet treats, hot lunches, full cooked breakfast, 3 course evening meals

Platinum package – plus £180 per head
Includes: premium hot beverages, sweet treats, hot lunches, full cooked breakfast, pre-dinner canapes, 3 course evening meals with choices, increased staffing

Unlimited tea, coffee and water is included within your package price and we’re here to help with any advice you might need when it comes to ordering alternative drinks. We work closely with local wine suppliers and are proud to offer a no-corkage policy. You’ll have access to a full-size trailer fridge to keep everything chilled and the friendly Pickers bar staff are included in your package.

Since we’re not a licensed venue, if you would like a paid bar or unlimited drinks during your stay, an independent bar service can easily be arranged.

Yes – if these package options don’t quite fit with the vision you have for your event or stay, our in house event managers will work with you to arrange everything you need. We can recommend and help arrange everything from catering and décor suppliers, to house staff, croupiers, DJs, clay shooting, archery, falconry, or team building instructors.
