…as a family home for up to 41 adults. We offer the house for your exclusive use for a Week (7 days/6 nights), a Weekend (midday Friday – 2pm Sunday), Mid-Week (3 days/2 nights) and Mid-Week (2 days/1 night) Check in is at 12 midday and check out is at 2pm.

These prices include VAT and the services of someone to help plan and organise your stay with us. Extra beds in addition to the 41 main bed spaces are available @ £60 per stay, maximum 9 extra guests.
Bookings can be extended to include a midweek or Sunday night for an additional £2,500.
East Wing (sleeps 7)
An attached, self-contained flat comprising 3 small doubles and 1 single room, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms @ £475 per night.
Camping – Fee for additional guests camping in the grounds (maximum 10 guests) £40 per person.
Yacht Club – The house rental price includes the use of the Yacht Club building. An extra £175 per night will be charged if the upstairs bedroom is required.
FUNCTION FEE
For stays involving a function of any kind, we charge a one-off fee on top of the house rental price. This fee includes 10 hours professional planning support from our experienced Event Management team (including a pre-event planning meeting on site and a zoom meeting), use of the commercial kitchens and equipment, linen hire, fridge trailer, management of deliveries and collections and extra wear and tear on the house. Over and above the 10 hours inclusive planning time, we charge £35 an hour.

An additional wedding day incurs another function fee of £1,000 which includes additional 10 hours planning time, an on site Event Manager and 2 Evening Managers.
For Yacht Club weddings, you will need an additional Event Manager on site at a rate of £200.
