North Cadbury Court
A luxury stately home in Somerset available for exclusive hire, set within a 1,500 acre estate which can now sleep up to 80 guests. Owned by the Montgomery family, world famous for their Cheddar cheese, the house dates back more than 700 years and has been renovated to a five star standard with 21 bedrooms and 19 bathrooms.
Exclusivity means complete privacy and seclusion for all the team. North Cadbury Court is a great place to relax, making the most of valuable time away from the office or to get together if your staff work in different locations. Unlike in a hotel, companies can have complete flexibility to decide how their event should run. We have a superb choice of different sized rooms, including two large adjacent main event rooms leading to five beautiful rooms to be used for breakout spaces, drinks, food and relaxation.
The unique character of this glorious English mansion is its emphasis on comfort and fun. As well as beautifully appointed rooms, there are quirky and adventurous activities such as rooftop golf, a basement disco, a fully equipped casino and an airstrip. We can also offer clay shooting, falconry, pedalos on the lake, fishing, tennis and endless other activities.
We are close to the A303, an hour from Bristol or Bath and just one hour 40 mins on a direct train from central London. North Cadbury Court is a popular getaway for city based businesses or international teams coming together.
Our breathtaking rural setting includes Cadbury Hill Fort (the legendary home of King Arthur’s Camelot).

When you hire North Cadbury Court the whole house, estate and all facilities are exclusively yours. Unlike most venues, here there are no hidden charges, no corkage and no restrictions on schedules, so you can party all night long!
Our in house event managers will work with you to arrange everything you need – using our recommended catering, team building and décor suppliers. We can also help arrange house staff, croupiers, DJs, clay shooting, fitness or team building instructors.
North Cadbury Court is a wonderful canvas upon which you can create your perfect event. You can opt for fully bespoke, or select one of our packages if you prefer

Both lead to a selection of five further beautiful rooms for gathering together, drinks, food and relaxation. The house has unrivalled options for designing your perfect event.
